Privacy Information pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, containing the Code regarding the protection of personal data. The law 31 December 1996 n. 675, containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, was repealed by the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, which introduced, with effect from 1 January 2004, the new Code regarding the protection of personal data. The Code establishes, in particular, that the interested party must be informed in advance about the use of the data concerning him and that the processing of personal data by the company that holds them is allowed only with the express consent of the interested party except the cases provided for by law. The company in accordance with art. 13 of the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, declares that: a) the data collected here have the purpose of registering the user and activating an information service for him. These data will be processed electronically in accordance with the laws in force; b) such data may be communicated to subjects in charge of managing the service in question and disseminated exclusively within the scope of the service rendered; c) the interested party enjoys the rights referred to in art. 13 of the decree.
